This tape was vreated once me and my ex-fiance broke up after 3 & 1/2 years of being together. I began self medicating to runaway from how i felt and from those who care about me. From 3-4 days sessions of no sleep and not eating, to heated arguments on how i felt because i was hurt and didn't know how to communicate the pain. Suicidal thought and long days all alone is what truly inspired this project. Understand that you are never alone no matter how you feel. the last thing i'll say is a favorite quote of mine from Dave Chapelle's interview with the Actors Studio when he first came back from his trip went he visited africa back in 2006 "The worst thing to call somebody is crazy, it's dismissive. "I don't understand this person so there crazy". That's bullsh*t. Maybe the environment is a little sick". - Dave Chapelle
